We specialize in Invitro-diagnostics, in addition, we also service Life science industries such as Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, food & beverage industries via our subsidiary company GTL.
- As a Business Analyst at DemyHealth, you will take on a multifaceted role with responsibilities spanning across business process improvement, technological enhancement, marketing and branding, and expansion into E-Commerce and Real Estate. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, drive improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess current business and finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Discover, analyse, and understand the true business needs and determine the business objectives, performing GAP analysis using AS-IS, and TO-BE process modelling to determine the requirements.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to identify areas for improvement in our marketing and branding strategies. Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen our market presence and brand identity.
- Play a vital role in our strategic growth initiatives, actively contributing to business expansion through acquisitions, mergers, or the establishment of new offices within Nigeria, West Africa, as well as exploring opportunities for expansion into Canada and potentially Europe.
- Play a key role in our expansion into the real estate sector. Conduct market research and due diligence to identify viable opportunities. Assist in the development of business plans for real estate ventures.
- Organize workshops and lead discussion with management level and facilitate decision-making. Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Gather and analyse data related to clinical operations, financial performance, and market trends. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create detailed business requirement documents, process flowcharts, and project plans to ensure clarity and consistency in project execution.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
- In addition to the above, the Business Analyst will:
- Engage in identifying and implementing initiatives aimed at fortifying our company's key areas of improvement, including customer perception refinement and demand generation. This role will be finely tuned to the specific characteristics of the Nigerian market, delivering customised and effective solutions.
- Be a key contributor to our strategic real estate investment plan, tasked with evaluating and guiding decisions regarding property acquisitions within select locations, which may include ventures in the short-term rental sector or traditional long-term rentals. The primary objective will be to maximize returns on investment and ensure optimal cash flow.
- Take a pivotal role in our strategic investment plan to explore opportunities in the Electric Mobility Vehicle (EMV) sector, with a primary focus on renowned companies such as BYD and Tesla. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assessing the cost-effectiveness, availability, and expansion of car charging outlets, including options for dual batteries and regular charging, to support the growth of EMV adoption in both Nigeria, UK, Europe and Canada.
- Actively engage in Ecommerce operations, with a focus on the dynamic world of drop shipping, contributing to strategic decisions, market analysis, and optimization efforts in this rapidly evolving business sector.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Master's degree in a related field (MSc or MBA) is Essential.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or real estate sectors.
- Practical experience of operational and strategic process management.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity Experience in marketing and branding strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders to ensure all needs are met from project to delivery.
